When Life Gives You Lemons

I was frantically shopping at the very very popular and populous Lulu Hypermarket, when I was left speechless by this wonderful sight.

I was just short of drooling when I saw this vibrant yellow fruit. For me, these are lemons, the actual thing - big, yellow, shiny, and aromatic as heaven. Even the seemingly exorbitant price did not deter me from picking up a couple. Now, I don’t even want to cut it open. I haven’t been this excited anytime recently. After all, I hadn't seen these lemons since I last visited Dubai.

    These are lemons... the ones we get in Kerala are limes! I love those big juicy lemons too! What are you going to make with them? Pie???

    Deepthy, I haven't decided. Like I said, I don't even want to cut it up :)
    Any suggestions?
    Smitha, this picture is not a close up of 2 lemons. These lemons are about the size of an orange. You can see how big the USB port of my laptop is and how big these lemons are - no photography gimmicks :) by the way, these 2 lemons cost me 150/-

    150 bucks?? bt yea, i know the feeling. I get excited when i see those fresh greens and veggies at the market..:)...use them up before they go bad
